SABER for the Gonzalez-Springer family — IN

The Gonzalez-Springer family lives in the Hoosier state of Indiana. Mercede and Alex met while attending college and have been married for almost ten years. They both knew early into their marriage that they would adopt those with special needs. Together, they have adopted five wonderful children from the foster care system, ranging from mental health, cognitive, to physical diagnoses. They have two nineteen-year-old children who no longer live at home. At home, they have two daughters, Nevaeh and Philosophy, as well as a son named Santiago. But to them, their kiddos are just typical kiddos and often don’t realize their diagnoses because they are just out living their best life. They love going to the local farmer’s market every Saturday, and the thought of adding more little ones to their wagon for the market brings them so much joy! They also love attending their local minor league baseball team’s games on Friday nights, and they are eager to add some extra seats!

They are so excited to embark on this journey of international adoption. They are so thankful for all the prayers and help provided along this journey!
